The important things to bear in

mind:

(A) Every system, every place, every activity has advantages and disadvantages together, as a mixed bag.

(B) What is good now, will not be good after some years. May be from then 0n, for some years to come . Again the same might prove an ideal home in later year.

(C) There are invisible problems every where. Which set problems are better for you and at different ages.

(D) Every where, remember, you are all alone, especially when you have a serious problem at hand.

(1) Independent houses in normal colonies

The sense of living in a secured house is missing.
You live independent to the extent that rest of the people living there do not impose their will on you.
 You live sufficiently close to your neighbor to seek friendship and mutual help and at the same time
far away to be interfering with your life.
There is reasonably good space for children to play.
 

(2) Independent houses in walled communities
Couple of  old and young men in uniform will be  found around your residence, IF that can give a sense of security, then you will feel secure here. When the  size increases the number of people moving in and around is so large that the gated community offers no real secure feeling.

All other advantages of  living in open housing colonies apply for this.
(3) Small non-descriptive appartments
There are apartments built in 1000 square yards of land.  Typically 16 apartments can be found in the venture..
These are half-way between living in gated community with a security personnel guarding your complex.
Charecterized by 
(1)  closer ties between residents,
(2)  less monthly payout on maintenance charges.
Less problems in running the affairs of the community.

 

ONE GOOD REASON TO AVOID LARGE APARTMENT COMPLEXES

(4) Modern, high tech large apartment complexes
One should avoid for several reasons.

               People from various walks of life live here It has both  
               good and bad sides.

               Bad side: Diverse interest of people. Short term interest 
               for some of them, from out of the region, in the property.

               People form groups based on regions and  languages 
               through formation of special interest groups based on \
               region and  language that hurt the unity of purpose.
                   .
             Good side: Cultural exchanges and regional integration.

The greatest disadvantages of living in Large apartments are:

1. A small group of people with vested interests start ruling the rest of the people.

2. These people tend to misuse the common funds for personal ends.

3. Property is not properly maintained.

4. The group that establishes a deep root in the management of apartments taste Crores of money never wants to give up.

They join hands with the builder to illegally transfer Crores of deposit money of Apartment owners who in turn shares a portion of a his loot.

The significant number of apartment owners are not more than the ASSES who fall prey to LIONS due to the cunning FOXES role played out by management committee members.





I will you about the story of an apartment complex with over 500 apartments. The legal adviser suggested that this is not just one instance and more than 1000 complexes, especially in Bangalore, face this problem.

1000s of Crores of apartment owner's funds are illegally parked with builders.

          Before that, the readers will be better placed to know why they are donkeys, who are the lions and foxes in their society.

THE STORY OF THREE FRIENDS

If any of you want to live in the world with lesser exploitations,

avoid getting cheated, you should understand the lesson from the following story.

Every one of us are vulnerable. Because, we are like ASSES in the animal kingdom. We are soft targets, because we do not have enough of physical strength Like lions and speed (knowledge) like Foxes/

There are LIONS. waiting to devour us, the asses. So also the foxes.

Foxes do not have the physical strength like lions but faster than ASSES and LIONs.

The story tells how a cunning fox made a meal out of its friend the ass along with Lion.

This story is a reflection of even that is taking place unceasingly in various forms, various cross sections of every society, all the time, all over the globe.

Donkeys are my hero in most of my most of my work.

 

This is because they represent some 95 - 99% of the Humanity.

By learning all about donkeys, we can know about ourselves and all other human beings around us.

Does education in universities

 change a donkey into a lion?

 

A Sufi story ends with the following lines can

 answer this question.

A donkey was dead and  was throw over the heap of salt.

People still called it a donkey!

When the salt ate most of the donkey's body people still referred it as donkey.

Sufi saint, reacted to this and said, a donkey will be a donkey until the last hair of the donkey will be

eaten away by the salt!

 

The story above would have 

explain what education can impact in a donkey.

Donkey and a Sufi saint.

Saints, irrespective of the religion they  belong to, are the few who are the most knowledgeable in the given society.

Before the invention of diesel / petrol/ electrical in engines, a few selected animals played their rohumanbeings to work for them  in their field and also for transportation

Like Bulls and Horses elsewhere, donkeys are work forces for human beings in most Arab countries. The following story has its origin in ancient Persia. This is one of the shortest but richest stories that I ever heard / read.

Sufi and the merchant

A merchant was going along a road to a nearby town with the mechanize on his donkey’s back.

He must be facing some difficulties either in his business or family that he choose to blame the donkey. He abused and cursed the donkey as they moved along the road.

He cursed and bet the donkey as both walked.  The donkey unable to bear the pain of the leash coupled with the load it was carrying brayed with pain and agony.

A Sufi saint, who was walking on the same road was observing the merchant and his donkey.

At some point he over took the merchant and said the following.

“There is no point in beating or scolding the beast, because, it has not been made in such a way that it understand our words and feelings.

But yet, do not miss a golden opportunity to learn a great lesson from this animal, suggested the saint.

Tha merchant was was both surprised and shocked. Is there a lesser that I can learn from this dumb animal?

Sufi said, “You can know how to maintain calm and composure in front of a donkey”!

(It requires some attention to understand the saint’sthe  comment).

The nature of Donkey is that it does not understand the ill-treatment to it by other animals. It delivers goods even though it is deprived of what it deserves.

The Foxes and Lions in the society exploit this virtue (or weakness) of  the majority people who exhibit donkey like characteristic.

THE FOXES:A team of (Crooked) 
Elected Officer bearers  of Apartment owner's Association

AND

THE LIONS OF CONCRETE JUNGLES  
Builders.

Donkeys among men  are:

1. Harmless - doesnot trouble others around

2. Work hard  (for their masters) and its hard-work 

    exploited by others.

3. Slow in thinking 

4. Dull headed.

5. Insensitive to  what is going in the world around them.

• Donkeys among men are no different from donkeys in the animal kingdom.
• However much educated, what-ever high official position  they hold, they ability to understand is confined to a small professional knowledge domain. So they are vulnerable and easy prey to foxes.

Foxes among men:

The foxes in animal kingdom are creation of God or the nature. Where are the foxes are creation of Lions in the human society.

Broadly, the donkeys among human are not very different from the donkeys in animal world in many dimensions.  The most shameless, cunning and greedy among donkeys are identified and are converted into foxes by the lions.

Lions are powerful. So they are extremely hungry. But the city lions have a problem. Their main food is donkey and they depend on foxes for their survival.  While Lions to live in jungles, these city lions build concrete jungles.
